Comfortable room, friendly staff, the young man who checked us in was exceptionally welcoming and engaged with our toddlers, which made our stay very enjoyable. the indoor swimming pool was a great bonus for family fun.

The indoor pool was great for unwinding after a long day. The microwave and fridge in the room added convenience. I appreciated the clean environment and found it an overall great spot for my stay. Felt like royalty, nothing to complain about.

The indoor pool was nice, a good spot to unwind after a day out. Everything was impressively clean, from the room to the pool area. I also appreciated the friendly staff who made me feel welcome. On the downside, the bathroom light above the mirror was blinking, which was a bit inconvenient. The hallways had an overpowering air freshener smell that was hard to ignore, and the coffee tray being in the bathroom felt a little unsanitary, even if clean. The breakfast provided was pretty standard, but it could use more variety. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but some areas need attention for an even better experience.

Had a great time with friends! We loved visiting Pinnacle Hills Promenade and the Arkansas Music Pavilion. The hotel staff was super friendly, and the breakfast had a nice variety. Just keep in mind the indoor pool is small and there's no hot tub. Overall, it was a solid choice for our trip!
